All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. No order will be shipped without confirmation of payment in full.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and we are not responsible for delays outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We can only accept returns for items damaged in transit. Please ensure you ask any questions about items prior to ordering. To return items damaged in transit please ensure that you take photos of the damaged item along with the outer packaging damage, (as this is the only way we can make a claim from Royal Mail). We will supply a return postage label with tracking once the return is aproved. You will be refunded the full cost of the item, along with the postage you paid, once we receive the item back and have checked it.
